If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Unless otherwise stated, returned items may need to be unused or in acceptable condition, returns may be denied if products are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer-caused damage, and refund eligibility may depend on the condition of the returned product and timing of the request.
Replacement batteries and related products should be installed and used properly and safely.
BatteryStoreCanada.ca is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or other issues resulting from improper installation, incorrect device compatibility, misuse or abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper charging practices, physical damage after delivery, or use contrary to manufacturer recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available”, except to the extent an express warranty is specifically stated on the website or in a separate Warranty Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BatteryStoreCanada.ca and its owners, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, device damage, business interruption, or loss of use.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
